We're a small team building Afayer deliberately, not quickly. Here's what we're looking for when we do hire.
We're not actively hiring right now — we'd rather grow the team slowly and get each hire right than post a long list of open roles we're not ready to fill properly.

We're small. Everyone here drives decisions in their area rather than waiting to be told what to build.
You can be trusted with sensitive data
Religious background, verification documents, private conversations — this is sensitive information, and we hire people who treat it that way by instinct.
You think in years, not sprints
